WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
there is none.
(but if you need to exchange a size send us an email within 3 days of the delivery date. it'll depend on stock and the condition of the item)
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?
preferably not, but sh*t happens so just let us know before it enters a stage of being unchangeable (ie, when it's already processed for delivery..)
in addition - we reserve the right (without liability or prior notice) to discontinue stock availability and/or cancel any order. especially, if we suspect some sus sh*t (ie, credit card fraud)
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
the safe ones.

taxes are included with the product cost. you're welcome.
duties are a problem between you and your gov't, dont involve us in that group chat.

(as an estimate though, it'll usually take up to 3 business days to process your order; from there it's up to the post office bruv.. we'd estimate a typical 5-7 business days within the nation + longer for crossing borderz. because of, uhm, logical reasoning¿)

HOW CAN I PROLONG THE LIFE OF MY PRODUCT?
don't be stinky, wash your clothes + yourself. washing your fabric in cold/cool water will ensure the longevity of your streetwear. use non-chlorine bleach for set-in stains and pre-soak, if necessary.
ideally, we recommend to wash your streetwear with athletic wear and other delicates. (we also recommend organic castile soap for those looking to share a cleanser with their clothing)
WHAT ARE THE MEASUREMENTS FOR SIZING?
based on the type of fit you're going for:
order true to size for a relaxed fit.
order a size (or two) up for an oversized fit.
order a size down for a "fitted" fit...

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "PLANE" AND "SEA TO SKY"?
plane hoodies have no coordinates on the back, sea to sky have coordinates on the back.. other than that the exactly the same
